Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. Orders will be shipped using Royal Mail or a courier company, depending on size. Please do get in touch by email via the 'contact' page if you have any questions on the delivery of your order.
Standard £4.95 delivery cost on all UK orders under £100. Orders over £100 delivery FREE.
Click & Collect service is now available. Simply click the option at the checkout. I will email you to arrange a convenient time for collection.
Delivery to addresses off mainland UK may take slightly longer to arrive.
Returning an Item
Thank you for shopping with Holme Lea Country Interiors. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.
Unwanted Items
If for any reason you wish to return your item, you can return it to us within 30 days of your order being delivered for an exchange or refund.
So we can process your return, please include a copy of your order confirmation email. If you’ve misplaced this, please include your name, order number, contact details and reason for return.
We do not offer free of charge returns for unwanted items.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Although every effort is made to ensure your product arrives in pristine condition, if you’re unfortunate enough to receive a damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of your order being delivered. The cost of returns for damaged or faulty items with be reimbursed.
In order to help us process your return, please include either the original packing slip you received with your order, or a copy of your order confirmation email. If you’ve misplaced either of these, please include your name, order number and contact details.
